SHELLY BECKMAN FNP, MH

Shelly started her holistic journey 20 years ago becoming a certified massage therapist from The Aveda Institute in Minneapolis. She went on to become a Reiki Master and earn certifications in aromatherapy as well as her Master of Herbology & Botanical Medicine.

Shortly after, Shelly furthered her career by earning a Master of Nursing Degree at Graceland University and Clinical Metabalomics. She completed her clinical rotations in rural areas of Minnesota and Wisconsin.

Shelly believes in an integrative approach to medicine. With experience in Family Medicine along with naturopathic therapies, she brings an open mind to create a more focused and individualized treatment plan to her patients.

Herbal medicine is a field that deals with the use of plants and their many parts, including roots, leaves, flowers and extracts to treat a wide variety of conditions. The herb may be taken alone or in combination with other plants to help them become more potent.
